FM Organisation structure, roles & responsibilities
Current method of delivery including service levels
Procurement strategy
Development of SLAs and KPIs
Development of FM Standard Operating Procedures (Playbook)
Development of a Strategic Asset Management plan
Review of Landlord Service Charges (where applicable)
