We do this by investigation & analysis of a client’s existing FM Operations including:


  • FM Organisation structure, roles & responsibilities

  • Current method of delivery including service levels

  • Procurement strategy

  • Development of SLAs and KPIs

  • Development of FM Standard Operating Procedures (Playbook)

  • Development of a Strategic Asset Management plan

  • Review of Landlord Service Charges (where applicable)

  • §Development of a Helpdesk process
